Add a booking link to your site
Point Folio at your Calendly, Cal.com, Google, or Microsoft booking page and show it as a button, an inline embed, or a popup.
step 1
Add your booking URL
Paste the link from Calendly, Cal.com, Google Appointments, or Microsoft Bookings into your profile. Only those providers are allowed, because each one has to be permitted by the site security policy before a browser will render it.
- Use the direct booking link, not your provider dashboard URL.
- Test it in a private window, as a visitor would see it.
step 2
Choose how it appears
Show it as a button, embed it inline in the page, or open it in a popup. The button is the safest choice on mobile, where an embedded calendar tends to fight the page for space.
- Prefer the button on a page that is already long.
- Check the embed on a phone before you settle on it.
step 3
Know what Folio does not do
Folio is not a scheduler. It does not hold your availability, create the link, send reminders, handle a reschedule, or take payment for a call. Those all stay with your booking provider. Folio owns the page the link sits on and tells you when someone opened it.
- Keep managing availability in your booking tool.
- Watch the scheduling-open conversion in Insights to see if it is working.
