Account and security
Keep your account and workspace secure
Use strong authentication habits, understand session controls, and know what support can and cannot access.
step 1
Use a strong sign-in posture
Keep your email secure and use available account protections before inviting editors or publishing critical material.
- Use a unique password when password login is enabled.
- Prefer passkeys or strong provider authentication when available.
- Review password reset emails before clicking links.
step 2
Review sessions after sensitive changes
If you change credentials, lose a device, or remove an editor, revisit active sessions and workspace access.
- Remove access you no longer need.
- Use the settings page after device or email changes.
- Contact support if you see unexpected activity.
step 3
Understand support boundaries
Support should diagnose from metadata, audit records, and explicit consent flows before touching private content.
- Do not send passwords, reset tokens, or raw secrets to support.
- Share route names, timestamps, and screenshots with private data hidden.
- Ask for a written explanation when content access is requested.
