Yes. While Folio is in beta the plan is free, with no payment captured, no usage cap, and no paywall on publish. We will not start charging without telling you first, and accounts that publish during the beta will receive a launch credit.
Yes. Both the portfolio PDF and the resume PDF are part of the free beta plan. PDF export is not gated behind a paid tier.
Connecting a custom domain (apex or subdomain) to your Folio is free during the beta. You buy the domain itself from your registrar; Folio does not charge to point it at your portfolio. Paid plans will add support for multiple domains on one account.
There is nothing to cancel during the free beta, and your content is yours to export at any time. Once paid plans launch you will be able to cancel whenever you like; see the refund policy for how refunds are handled.
Enterprise and team agreements can include a written uptime SLA with support response targets. Our standard service commitments are documented on the SLA page. For a contractual SLA, contact sales.
