We pair strong opinions about how things should look and feel with the discipline to measure, test, and prove that they work. Beauty without correctness is decoration.

Customer-obsessed
We start from the person on the other side of the screen, the one trying to land an interview or close a client. Their win is the only metric that ultimately matters.

Write things down
Important decisions live in clear writing, not in a meeting that only some people attended. Good docs let anyone catch up, disagree, and move fast without us.

Calm and async
We protect focus. Fewer meetings, fewer pings, more deep work. We would rather be calm and deliberate than busy and reactive.

We are not running a formal hiring round today, and we will not post roles we are not ready to fill. That said, we are always interested in exceptional engineers, designers, and operators.
